Clubs and Activities

Robotics

Robotics.jpg

Robotics is a chance to explore many different things, depending on your interest. The robots are a combination of mechanisms, computers, and software programming, so the club is a chance for students to explore any one or all of those, plus other areas.

MESA

Mesa provides a unique combination of enrichment activities, hands-on competitions, academic support, industry involvement and a supportive community environment. MESA is nationally recognized for its innovative and effective academic development program for science technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields.

RGEC

RGEC is a before and after school program. Here students have the opportunity to explore a range of activities through our Four Corners Model each morning. They are able to rotate freely through each “corner”:  the “creative corner”, “strategic games” corner, “active corner”, and “homework and literacy” corner.  Later in the day, in our after school program we utilize our very own proprietary enrichment model called E-CUBEDTM.   E-CUBED was designed to improve academic outcomes for elementary school students through a disguised learning method which is intended to compliment work being done by teachers, involving parents, and keeping young minds engaged in learning in a variety of core subjects.

YEARBOOK

Students will be responsible for producing the annual yearbook.

Students will have the opportunity to study basic photography, the interview process, layout, design, and distribution.

ART

Art provides the opportunity for students who have an interest in visual art with a chance to get together and share ideas, learn new techniques and share their passion for the arts with one another.
